I
forgot
my

how
can
I
get
another
one?
If
you

your

you
can
ask
to
reset
it
by
sending
an
email
to
Standard.Telephone@cern.ch.
At
next
login,
you
will
be
asked
to
change
the

I
change
my

On

main
window,
click
"file"
in
the
top
menu
and
select
"Change
password".
You
get
the
following
window
which
also
indicates
the
password
policy
on
the
server.
Here
at
least
8
characters
with
a
combination
of
upper
and
lower
case
letters.
What
are
the
conference
costs?
Any
costs
related
to
your
conferences
are
charged
on
your
default
budget
code
specified
in
the
EDH
form
that
you
have
filled
in
to
get
your
account.
Potential
costs
are:
-
Calls
your
are
making
in
through
the
conference
windows
-
Calls
back
of
participants
via
the
toll-free
link
include
in
email
invitations
Calls
are
charged
in
the
same
way
you
are
charged
from
your
desk
phone.
How
to
check
the
costs
related
to
my
conferences?
You
can
get
the
details
of
your
communication
costs
in
CET
application:
https://hrt.cern.ch/hrt/PhoneDetails
I
need
more
disk
quota.
How
can
I
ask
for
it?
When
you
are
next
to
your
quota
limit
it’s
recommended
to
download
the
server
records
and
erase
them
from
the
server.
If
you
think
you
need
to
increase
your
quota,
please
send
an
email
to
Standard.Telephone@cern.ch asking
for
it.
How
to
clean-up
my
records?
To
delete
a
recording
on
the
server,
login
on
the
audioconference
server,
go
to
the
recordings
tab,
right
click
on
the
recording
you
want
to
delete
and
select
"delete"
option
in
the
menu.

My
recursive
scheduled
conference
is
no
longer
available.
The
maximum
duration
of
recursive
conferences
is
one
year.
After
this
period,
the
conference
is
disabled
automatically
(access
codes
no
longer
valid).
To
enable
it
again,
login
on
the
audioconference
server,
go
to
conference
tab
and
select
“show
expired
conferences”.
Then
right
click
on
the
conference
that
you
want
to
enable
again.
The
conference
is
then
renewed
with
the
same
access
codes.
How
to
mute
participants?
As
conference
participant,
you
can
mute
your
line
by
dialing
##1
on
your
phone.
The
same
code
can
be
used
to
un-mute
your
line.
Many
phones
have
an
internal
feature
to
mute
the
line
but
is
NOT
recommended
to
use
it
as
in
some
cases
it
can
generate
disturbing
sound
(regular
“BIPs”).
As
conference
leader,
you
can
also
mute
the
line
of
all
or
any
conference
participants
using
the
tools
available
from
web
conference
windows.

How
to
avoid
voice
prompts
when
a
participant
joins
the
conference.
There
are
two
cases
when
we
can
hear
undesirable
voice
prompts
when
a
participant
joins
the
conference:
a) A
conference
attendee
may
join
a
conference
by
typing
a
phone
number
into
a
web
page
and
then
having
the
system
call
him
or
her
back.
The
attendee
might
enter
the
wrong
phone
number,
or
the
call
may
be
transferred
to
voicemail
before
the
attendee
can
answer.
This
results
in a
voice
mail
recording
joining
the
conference.
b)
Leaders
in a
conference
call
may
place
outgoing
calls
to
add
new
people
into
the
conference.
By
default,
everybody
in
the
conference
will
hear
the
outgoing
call
as
it
is
placed,
while
the
phone
rings
and
the
new
person/voice
mail
answers
the
phone.
a)
To
avoid
the
first
case,
if
the
callback
confirmation
feature
is
enabled
for
a
conference,
attendees
who
join
a
conference
by
having
the
system
call
them
back
will
hear
a
voice
prompt
that
asks
them
to
press
a
key
before
they
are
joined
into
the
conference.
If a
call
has
been
accidentally
transferred
to
voice
mail,
for
example,
it
will
not
be
joined
into
the
conference
because
a
live
human
must
confirm
that
the
correct
number
has
been
reached.
Conference
attendees
will
hear
"Welcome
to
the
My
Teamwork
conference
center.
To
join
press
1.
To
decline,
press
2."
To
enable
callback
confirmations:
1.
Open
the
Conference
Details
page
by
double‐clicking
on
the
conference.
2.
Select
Conference
Features.
3.
Under
Audio
Conference,
select
the
checkbox
that
says
Confirm
callbacks
with
a
key
press.
b)
If
you
don't
want
other
people
in
the
conference
to
hear
the
outgoing
call
as
it
is
placed,
you
may
select
the
Dial
Out
with
Prompt
option.
If
you
select
this
option,
the
called
party
will
hear
a
voice
prompt
that
says
"You
have
been
invited
to a
conference.
To
join,
press
1.
To
decline,
press
2".
People
who
are
already
in
the
conference
will
not
hear
anything
until
the
new
person
has
accepted
the
invitation.
If
the
call
is
not
answered,
if
it
is
busy,
or
if
is
answered
by
voicemail,
the
call
will
not
be
connected
to
the
conference.
To
enable
Dial
Out
with
Prompt:
1.
From
the
conversation
window,
in
the
People
panel,
open
the
panel
menu
by
clicking
on
the
triangle
in
the
upper
right
corner.
2.
Select
Dial
Out
with
Prompt
from
the
menu
.
When
the
feature
is
enabled,
a
checkmark
will
appear
next
to
it.
3.
When
you
place
an
outgoing
call,
the
call
leg
will
appear
in
the
People
panel.
You
will
not
hear
anything
until
the
called
party
joins
the
conference.
